Course:

Your continuous enrollment at Drive Now Driving School properly arranges your mutual agreement to these specific policies. PLEASE FOLLOW THEM CAREFULLY. This entire contract between us, students and no verbal assurances or fulfilled promises not contained here-in shall bind each parties. All disputes should be naturally directed to the Secretary of State’s Office.

General Information:

Parents responsibility for the timely drop off and pick-up of students for his/her and Vehicle training lessons at the pickup and drop-off locations named by Drive Now. Instructors are unresponsible for staying with them before or after class or vehicle training lessons. Students are NOT permitted to stay after without instructor supervision.

Classroom Training:

Students allow enrolling into any upcoming classes prior 15 years old however, Students MUST turn 15 before the last scheduled class-room date.  

They must attend 30 hours of class-room training. Four (4) missing days allowed, but ALL skipped must be make-up (Options are possible in the upcoming classes.). Please call drive now office to register for all makeup classes. If a student misses more than four classroom days, they are considered “dropped” and must re-enroll, retake the continuous course and pay a reinstatement fee of $200. Missing more than 10 minutes of his/her is considered an absence for the class day.

Parents will be informed the first time a student abandons to follow these rules. Subsequent violations may lead to expulsion, which will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid to date and cancelation of the student’s learner’s permit. A minimum grade of 75% on the final test held during the previous class is instructed by the Secretary of State to satisfactorily pass Classroom Training. Students won't be achieving this grade after two attempts must pay a $200 reinstatement fee and repeat the classroom training.

In-Vehicle Training:

Students may schedule motor vehicle sessions after applying for their permit and have paid in full.

Lessons are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. 24-hour notice is entailed to reschedule or cancel a motor vehicle session. A $40 rescheduling fee will be expected if we do not receive appropriate notice.

If a student is not present after 10 minutes from the scheduled start time, this represents a “no show” and the account will be required $40 rescheduling fees.

Granting to Illinois state law, students MUST have their driving permit with them for all motor vehicle sessions. They are arriving without it, and the account will be charged for $40 rescheduling fees.

Students must wear glasses or contacts during motorized vehicle lessons if they needed by the secretary of State. Need wearing closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops) during driving lessons for safety reasons.

MUST pass a motorized vehicle evaluation to be eligible for the Secretary of State Certificate of Driver Education.

They are driving in the motorized vehicle with an instructor by him/herself or there may be up to two students. Please allow time for dropping off after the scheduled instruction (up to 15 minutes) for pickup and drop-off of other students.

The “Completion Date” which takes place 9 months from the first day of class must complete all in-Vehicle training. In-vehicle training scheduled after the Completion Date will needed to an additional $150 reinstatement fees.

Payment:

Drive Now Driving School currently accepts all major credit cards. Necessary payment for affordable tuition typically entailed to schedule motor vehicle training. Failure to pay in full by the last scheduled day of specific class will result in an additional $35 fee.

Local drive now will not repay a significant percentage of outstanding fees, affordable tuition, possible charge or any involved proportion.  Should we be willing and capable to amply fulfill our active part of the mutual agreement (First $200 is non-refundable.).

However, in possible light of unforeseeable conditions, like the Covid-19 pandemic. Successful presently operating school is un-responsible for issuing full refunds to potential customers that have purchased classes/In-Vehicle Training that are positively affected by such extraordinary circumstances. Partial refunds may be respectfully requested.

I have carefully reviewed and gratefully accept the specific terms and necessary conditions for voluntarily participating in drive now driver education program.

The registration information voluntarily entered is correct and unanimously agree to willingly pay the full tuition for the comprehensive package selected.
